At last! For ages we’ve sought local, sustainably grown, Floriani Red Flint heirloom corn to offer our customers. Neighboring grower Fritz Durst has made a limited supply of this classic Italian flint corn available to us. To celebrate autumn’s approach, we are milling this richly flavored, highly nutritious, organically grown corn as a whole grain, stone ground rustic (read: “coarsely milled”) polenta to serve with the season’s bounty.
